How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Australian deliveries usually arrive in 3–7 business days, New Zealand in 5–10 and other international destinations in 6–14 business days. Some items ship directly from our supplier partners, so please allow a little extra time.
How much is shipping?
Australian standard shipping is $12.95 and free on orders over $100. International rates start from $22.95 (New Zealand) and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (return postage at your cost). If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will replace or refund it in line with Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy for details.
