Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from Forever Young. If something isn't right, here is how we can help.

Change of mind returns
You can return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on skincare, cosmetics, lip products, fragrance or personal-care devices that have been opened or used.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law – our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

How to start a return
Email parishjodi@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before we confirm – some items ship from our supplier partners and need to be returned to a different address.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–10 business days to show the funds.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Sale items
Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as full-priced items.
