Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand, Asia Pacific, the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe and the United Arab Emirates. All orders are tracked.

Shipping rates (AUD)
Australia – Standard: $12.95, or FREE on orders of $100 or more
New Zealand: $22.95
Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore): $27.95
USA & Canada: $30.95
UK & Europe: $36.95
United Arab Emirates: $44.95

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way, with a tracking link.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
Australia: 3–7 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
All other international destinations: 6–14 business days

Some products are shipped directly from our supplier partners, and during busy periods or for remote areas delivery can take longer than the estimates above. Estimates are a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Duties and taxes
Australian orders include GST. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping charge.

Missing or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days (Australia) or 14 business days (international), please email parishjodi@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it up with the carrier. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout – we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
