Part 1: Unboxing & Installation
1. Package Contents

2. Charging Methods (Cordless Model)
Two charging options are available:
- Option A (Direct USB cable): Connect the USB cable to the clipper's port and the other end to a 5V charging head, computer USB port, or power bank.
- Option B (Charging dock): Place the clipper vertically into the charging dock and connect the USB cable to power.
First-time charging: It is recommended to charge for 2–3 hours. Even if the indicator light is on, continue charging to activate the battery. The indicator light stays on during charging and turns off or changes to green when fully charged. Unplug promptly; do not overcharge.
3. Attaching/Removing Guide Combs
- To attach: Align the comb's rail with the blade's groove and press down firmly from the top until you hear a "click" — this indicates a secure fit.
- To remove: Press the single latch located at the center-back of the blade, then gently pull the comb outward. Do not pull forward forcefully.
4. Changing Magnetic Panels
This clipper comes with interchangeable magnetic panels, allowing you to customize the color according to your preference or your customer's liking.
- To remove the old panel: Hold both sides of the panel with your fingers and gently lift it upward to detach.
- To install the new panel: First, align the tabs at the bottom of the new panel with the slots on the clipper body and snap them into place. Then gently lay the panel flat — the magnets at the top will automatically snap and secure the panel in place. No additional pressing is required.

Preparation Before Cutting

Guide Comb Selection Reference
- 1.5mm comb: Leaves hair extremely short at approximately 1.5mm. Ideal for close shaves and precise outlining.
- 3mm comb: Leaves hair very short at approximately 3mm. Suitable for skin-tight buzz cuts and sideburn trimming.
- 4.5mm comb: Leaves hair at approximately 4.5mm. A transitional length for blending and fading.
- 6mm comb: Leaves hair at approximately 6mm. Great for short crew cuts and side transitions.
- 10mm comb: Leaves hair at approximately 10mm. Suitable for medium-short styles on top.
- 13mm comb: Leaves hair at approximately 13mm. A good length for medium-length top styles.
- 16mm comb: Leaves hair at approximately 16mm. Suitable for longer top styles with more volume.
- 19mm comb: Leaves hair at approximately 19mm. Ideal for thick top sections that need layering.
- 22mm comb: Leaves hair at approximately 22mm. Great for longer, textured styles.
- 25mm comb: Leaves hair at approximately 25mm. The longest setting for maximum length retention.
Tip: If unsure, always start with a **longer comb** (e.g., 25mm or 22mm). You can always switch to a shorter comb later, but you cannot add hair back. For fading, work your way down from longer to shorter combs in gradual steps.
Key Cutting Techniques
- Direction: Always move the clipper **against** the natural direction of hair growth (upward on the sides, backward on top).
- Angle: Keep the flat part of the blade flat against the scalp. Tilting the blade higher cuts shorter; keeping it flatter leaves more length.
- Speed: Use slow, steady, overlapping strokes. Do not rush.
- Pressure: Apply light, even pressure — let the clipper's weight do the work.
Trimming Around Ears and Neckline
Remove the guide comb, hold the clipper vertically (perpendicular to the skin), and outline the hairline along the ears and the back of the neck. For a cleaner neckline, ask the person to tilt their head slightly downward to stretch the skin.

Safety Warnings

Are your products organic / natural?

Beyond this, we do not like labels such as ‘organic,’ ‘natural’ or ‘clean,’ which have no consistent definition and tell you nothing about a product’s safety or efficacy. Do your products contain fragrance?
Generally not, but with limited exceptions. “Fragrance,” when used in our products like the ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM, is selected for its pleasant scent but also for its proven tolerability. Most fragrances contain allergic substances, or “allergens”: if present, it is compulsory to state this on the label, even if the percentage contained is minimal. Where possible, we tend to use fragrances which do not contain allergens and which should therefore give rise to fewer problems. When fragrance is present in a our product, is indicated in the list of ingredients as PARFUM or FRAGRANCE.
Is there talc in any of your products?
The minerals that are used to produce talc can contain asbestos, which is why there are legitimate concerns about its potential effect on our health. The talc used in our ENZYME CLEANSER, BABY BUM CREAM and tinted CLARIFYING SPOT TREATMENTS is NOT made of minerals that contain asbestos and thus is not carcinogenic and completely safe. The talc we use is periodically and consistently reviewed by independent laboratories.
What is the shelf life of my product?
All beauty products need to be used by a certain period. This is known as the 'period after opening' and can be easily identified by the PAO symbol. The symbol can be recognised as the shape of an opened jar, and will have a number inside; 9M will indicate 9 months, 12M is 12 months, and 36M is 36 months. Once opened the product should be used in this period, as after this time the quality of the product will deteriorate.
